    Sole Sisters meetup - ran the hilly Springdale Cemetery.

    17.25 miles on the road bike. Call it a reverse #duathlon... I biked into downtown for the Sole Sisters meetup, ran a 5K and then biked back home. I earned my rest day tomorrow!

    Pretty morning, although that sun gets hot. Good for sweat I guess. Had to reroute the Sole Sisters 5K course for Sat.... since there is now a softball tournament at the same time, same place. ugh.

      That right there is where my low back pain gets kinks in it all the time ... me thinks more yoga should be in my future. Bad thing, when I do upward dog, it pinches the nerves on my legs & makes my legs go numb... I can't win for loosing.

    Evening bike ride with my kiddos. We did 4.2 miles around our neighborhoods. I had Little Girl hooked on the back with the 3rd wheel hitchhiker.
