      Yeah, they've been giving me blisters for a while, I was just putting sticking plasters on my heels but forgot and didn't realise just how bad it was till I took them offf! Totally pretending to be hardcore with this picture

      Keep going and you'll get better. My frustration really isn't centered around my running, but lack of overall results that I think I should be getting. Don't let my downer get you down!
