    easy run ti look around the city.
    people were going home after partying at clubs at 6:30 AM.
    first 4k down hill meant last 4 k was uphill

    ran after a long time with Kavin.
    found it tough

    2km walk and a faster than expected run with Kavin.

    after 100pushups this morning, used my 8kgsx2 dumbels
    did 2x25 biceps
    2x30 shoulder press
    2x20 triceps +10more for left hand (my weaker one)
    2x20runner arm swing

    ran 25 km and did 100pushups.
    happy with the splits: 30min for every 5 kms.
    started pushups from 16th km and did 20-20-20-10-10-10-10
    humid weather today.

    no garmin easy run in Aarey today.
    Met Vikas and Raj and did some core workout with them.
    95%+ humidity today.

    had a sudden pull on the groin while getting out of the house.
    So Kavin and I decided to do a hour long walk. Nice 10 min rain in the morning had cooled the temperature

    good home to Aarey toll 10.6 km 01:05 09:55 pace

    fun run with Ram Bhasker and.Viv.
    extremly humid - even my shoes outer net were wetwith sweat by the time we ended.

    easy run in muggy, stuffy weather today.
    met Ram at juhu beach and completed the distanve with him.
    waiting to hear news from friends running in Bangalore today

    the rest is only easy running before and after.

    ran from bandra to ncpa with a loop of carter road.
    very bad weather today and no distance training resulted in my slowest HM ever.
    consumed about 2 ltr water
