    met Ram at juhu beach and completed the distanve with him.

    very bad weather today and no distance training resulted in my slowest HM ever.
    consumed about 2 ltr water

    humid weather due to late start of the run.
    maintained a fair clip.

    ran the first leg of the 5*4 relay.
    humid weatger but flat track.
    did the 1st km in 4 but reigned in afyer that to run steady with a strong finish.
