      I wish i had the answer...I have no idea. I train inside when it comes to riding so i don't think it's the same...when i first started training riding, I started with 5 miles then upped to 7, 10 and went to 20mi in no time (like within a month) but like i said i use my trainer and stationary bike at home and gym...i do make it harder by cranking up the level....

      I've been to over 600 wedding receptions in my adult life and some of the best advice I can give is keep your shoes on and don't eat from the chocolate fountain.

      It's never occurred to me to fresh-juice Bloody Mary's. What do you put in them? Do you add spice and Worcester for flavor?

      I actually am not 100% sure what went in them as my wonderful earth mama hippie neighbor was blending them up, but I think tomato, lemon, celery, garlic, and maybe fresh horseradish in the juicer, possibly jalapeño as they were spicy. I think then the more standard Worcester sauce and if not fresh horseradish before, jarred horseradish. Plush olives, celery, lemon peel, and pickle slice garnish. They were fancy, and delicious!

      Maybe those jalapeños are what gave you the 7min pace. My garmin has been cutting me slack lately too, usually to the tune of .15miles in the first two laps.
