    hip/knees started hurting last night/this morning. i think it's an IT band thing :(. did a short jog today to warmup before stretching/rolling out the IT.

      I pushed through minor calf pain, even lightened up a bit, but it ended up moving the strain onto the achilles tendon which hurt a heck of a lot more and took WAY longer to heal up ><

    got to run in my new running gear! i overestimated how cold it was going to be and felt too hot for most of the run. definitely need to wear a thinner baselayer next time.
