    Wanted to take it easy. Slow start but finished with a solid 7-minute mile for the last mile.

      I meant to go slower than that but I have a tendency to pick up the pace towards the end of my runs.

    interval training this morning. I started 8 a.m. instead of 6 and I could feel a big difference in heat and humidity. I'm have decided that I sweat way too much during humid days.
