great Endurance Swim 2200 yd 00:59 47:14 pace

Per coach's instruction's this swim was supposed to have been at a "moderate" effort. It took everything I had, (max effort) to bring this in under one hour, which is the time he had allotted for this... still happy that this is DONE! Also, started working with a Nutrition Coach. She wants me to train without eating... just a cup of coffee... this in an effort to help burn some extra "fat" I have hanging around my middle... I thought this was going to be hard, but I was surprised as to how easy it really was. Did a spin class after the swim and had a protein-fat filled recovery meal when I got home. Sweeet.

    Well, looking at your pic, I can't imagine that you have much extra fat anywhere! Great job today.
