    First time on the rowing machine. Not sure how far, but had resistance up to 10, and rowed for 24 min. I really like it! Good day all!

      Rowing machine is a great change from running. I love it for the arm workout, although I haven't used one in about 20 years! Great job trying it out, you're are so lucky to work at a gym :))

      I hope it feels better soon Maureen, good getting in the 3 miles! I've been resting a pinch in my hip and not sure what it is...hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

      Good getting the 4 in Maureen. I know it's hard to train when important life situations are nicely plunged in your path. Enjoy running Maureen and plan your marathon when it best suits you. Although, you are a great runner, I hope you can keep doing what your doing. :))
