    Foot was already hurting so took it easy.

    Feet were a bit sore, will wear stiffer-soled shoes next time. Also did abs for about ten minutes with Tris.

    Another day of running 30 seconds at each 10 minute mark. Need to watch my form more and make sure I'm not heel-striking.

    Ran 30 seconds at each 10 minute mark. Small twinges but felt pretty good afterward, shins not sore.

    Got in a whole minute, then a second set of 30 seconds running. Weird behavior by the Garmin though, probably because i kept fiddling with the foot pod.

    Tried an experiment with the Garmin footpod on an ankle strap instead of shoe. Seems more steady than on the shoe. Error seems to be +.2 mph or so.
