I will be taking a week or so off from running due to knee, shin, and ankle injury.... don't know what happened... pain and bruising on my inner knee, inner side of shin bone, and that little ankle bone below the ankle... UUGGHHH!!! please pray for a speedy recovery! i will be hitting the bow flex and maybe the stationary bike...

    Sorry to hear that. I know how it feels...I had to take six weeks off last year due to suspected stress fracture.

    Lica: thats what i fear has happened.. stress fracture... if its not feeling better in a few days I'm going to get it checked out... :-(

    Get well soon. I know how frustrating injuries can be. Just take it easy if you can. Hope it snot a fracture.
