    Too hot in Tulsa to run outside (for me anyway!). I missed my window early this morning.

      I'm about to give up to the heat and run a few "dreadmill" runs. Dang....it's still sooo hot at 5:30 a.m.!!

      I got up at 5 yesterday to run, and it was 89! I went back to bed, and hit the gym later. LOL!

      I started at the park by Outback (South Riverside). My knee is doing so much better. I do notice it getting tender as I add weekly mileage so I worry. I just want to be back to the old 4x a week schedule. I plan to start with FF on July 7th for H3. Not sure which group.

      Good for you! I'm still only doing 2-3 days of running,and some spin classes in some too. I won't be training for anything distance for a while. Glad youre back at it!!!

    Earlier today... I ran 1.5 on the treadmill and just over 1.5 on the road. Just gonna stick to the road when I possibly can!
