I started at the park by Outback (South Riverside). My knee is doing so much better. I do notice it getting tender as I add weekly mileage so I worry. I just want to be back to the old 4x a week schedule. I plan to start with FF on July 7th for H3. Not sure which group.

Good for you! I'm still only doing 2-3 days of running,and some spin classes in some too. I won't be training for anything distance for a while. Glad youre back at it!!!

I got up at 5 yesterday to run, and it was 89! I went back to bed, and hit the gym later. LOL!
