    Pain in the hamstring, but feels like it's in check. Worked the weak glute yesterday after bike ride, so that was a bit sore. I'm going to get this imbalance fixed.

      I had a feeling this was going to happen because you said your hammy was acting up again, and you rode 25 miles already today! Ugh! Feel bettah, dude. All the cool kids are doin' it and gettin' hurt...;) lolol. Just messin', man...:)

      Thanks. It's a chronic issue I've had for years, I think I backed off in time, but usually it responds to some specific strength exercises. Since it isn't so much this time I'm going to see my PT friend and see if he can find anything different from my own assessment.

      I, uh, don't eat as much and I run more, lol. I've cleaned up my diet a lot in the last few months, cutting out most junk food and eating a good mixed salad everyday, etc. At this point I can try to drop the other 5 - 7 lbs to get back to racing weight, or I can wait and let the marathon training take care of that. Keep in mind most people don't lose much weight by running, but I'll be hitting some pretty high mileage, doing doubles, strength/plyo training, etc. so I'll be using more energy.
