    Did a short run this morning as my last workout before Sunday's race. It was really just to get rid of some of my energy and nervousness. Anyway, I feel good and looking forward to Sunday.

    Finally, I swam my longest swim ever today. Didn't feel too bad, I just had to remind myself to go slow and easy, and control my breathing. Feeling great!
