Lungs were hurting at first. My plan was for 6 miles but 25 min. in I hit my grove and went a lil' further. I can tell already that I'll be sore tomorrow. 3 1/2 weeks with low mileage has been a detriment. I'm back on the waggon now though! Next race: Sunday in Hamburg Germany 1/2 mary.

Tht's quite the extended trip for a race...hopefully there's some good beer afterwards..please tell me you do indulge!
