    First time pacing for someone yesterday. Kudos to Ranbir who ran his first 100K and ended up 14th overall and 3rd in AG! It was a hot day and anybody who attempted to run that race yesterday had guts!

      fantastic run Matthew. I know John had wanted to run this one, but it must have been blazing hot out on the trail yesterday. It was 96 in the shade here. Great you able to pace and check out the course, it sound really nice (on a cooler day).

      Matt. Glad you are safe, way to grin and bear it being sick and all, what a great experience though. One of my family members ran it and was about 1/8th mile from the finish line when the bombs exploded, Thankfully she is safe, but the police told her to turn around and run the other way (understandable) so she did not get to finish.
