Wow I have not run outside since March 27th. That is very sad. I have put in lots of miles just not road miles. I went out a little hard and stayed there to test my lungs. All the refereeing and indoor soccer gave me strength and I felt good about the endurance. Doing a fun run/race next week with friends from work. I say fun run, but I know better when I get around all the racers. I have no expectations just glad to be racing. Hey after a year of good training my legs are starting to show muscles and look like runners legs. I have two mouths before I race on July 4th. I have going to do three races I did last year to gauge my progress. I hope this means I am back for a while.
