Fantastic run, except for the last 200 meters when my foot began to hurt. Hopefully ice + advil will do the trick. First "Run forest run!" comment of the season. The only proper respon... read more

  4. RUN
    alright 14.64 mi 02:55 11:58 pace

Legs started to get a little sore after mile 12, but all in all not too shabby. My dog is tired, thats the main thing :)

  6. RUN
    good 2.79 mi 00:32 11:28 pace

  9. RUN
great Mill Creek 7.04 mi 01:12 10:15 pace

This was my first run using a 5:1 run/walk ratio, felt very strong! I'm interested to see if there is any difference in recovery time. Dry trails would be awesome..

alright Mill Creek 6.23 mi 00:58 09:20 pace

I was a tad stiff for the first 3 miles, then felt much better

  11. RUN
great Mill Creek to River Valley Road 11.01 mi 01:53 10:16 pace

Fantastic! Lots of people out on the trails today. The snow and ice is mostly gone, and the muddy patches are few and far between. Longest run to date, hope to repeat it next week

  12. RUN

First barefoot run of the season, finally!

  13. RUN
    1.25 mi 00:11:59 09:34 pace

Just a quick run to stretch my legs. Highlight of my day: Granny in her 70s yelling at her dog "Heel you son of a bitch!"

  14. RUN
great Mill Creek 7.05 mi 01:24 11:56 pace

Trails were wet and crappy, but the sunshine was amazing. Concentrated on my running form, its slowly getting there. My dog is tired, all in all a great run

  16. RUN
great Mill Creek 5.02 mi 00:48 09:34 pace

It turns out that my dog doesn't know left from right after all, which resulted in a spectacular crash on the last mile of todays run! Besides the crash it was a great day to be outside, the snow ... read more

The wind was a bit cold at the start of the run this morning, but it didn't take long to warm up luckily. This was my first long run in the Inov-8s, absolutely love them. I can't wait for the ice ... read more
