    Spin Class - Should have known it was going to be a tough class when they handed out a Red Bull to everyone beforehand. I would love to know the # of miles/calories I burn in one of those classes.

      Well, of course Red Bull donated the drinks! The lady that handed them out was taking pics of us. Still though...the class kicked my butt. But I'm a runner, not a cyclist. You sound a little bitter towards Red Bull by the way ;)

      Very opposed to all of the "energy" drinks. About as far from healthy as you could get. Well, except for Paula Deen ;) Spinning gets easier, just stick with it!

      All my complaining aside...I honestly love it. Wes B. keeps me entertained in class! Plus I can really tell the difference in my body now that I'm cross training with cycling and yoga/pilates. Hope you get better soon.
