Ankle held up. Tonna J. and Mike C. joined me 2 miles in! Tonna is super fast. We kept having to slow her down. Broke out my racing pants today. My wife had an anniversary breakfast ready for me when I got back. Mike missed out.

    Sorry I missed it...had a rough night with not much sleep and when the alarm rang, was too easy to turn it off...but I ran a couple of hours later. Couldn't have kept up with Tonna anyway!
