  1. I think I might be injured. Painful left knee that intensified overnight. My fault for running 16 miles 2 days after a 20 mile run.

      Our body teaches what not to do. I have to be smart enough to remember. What about smaller runs on a more regular basis?

      Give it a rest for a couple of days at least, more running is not the answer to an injury.Actually forget that I've just noticed this is 5 days old and you have already been out again lol.

      Nice work- Buddy. I have been looking for your next workout. Try to get in the habit of walking a mile on days when you dont want or need to run. Good habit to stay active.
