  6. RUN
good Evening 3 with Circuit Workout 3.75 mi 00:29 07:42 pace

Threw in 4 stations worth of exercise path at the end. Surprised how hard it was to get started again afterwards, haha.

  9. RUN
great 4 Mile Run Out and Back 4.03 mi 00:30 07:29 pace

Felt great this morning and pushed the pace a little on the last mile to start making a comeback! Next up ... Hill repeats before I go cool off! The new neighborhood is nice and quiet this morning!

  10. RUN
    Shirlie Loop 3.01 mi 00:24 08:06 pace

Sticky for this hilly morning route! Spent a little time investigating the new neighborhood! Pace is slower now, but I'm trying to build back slowly so it sticks this time!

  11. RUN
Wet Out and Back 4 mi 00:32 07:56 pace

Quite humid after a summer thunderstorm, but I love the running routes from our new apartment!

  12. RUN
great Park Route 3.01 mi 00:23 07:29 pace

Gotta get my fill of this one in the next 2.5 weeks because we're moving to shirlington, but I've grown to like this short little route that stays off of Columbia pike.

  13. RUN
great Park Loop 3 mi 00:23 07:34 pace

Felt pretty good this morning back in VA. It's cool and clear!

  14. RUN
    3.25 mi 00:25 07:42 pace

Sweaty Runch around downtown Huntsville. Haven't quite figured out out pictures work in the app. Headed to the airport by way of the U.S. Space and Rocket center after a cool down and some water!

  15. RUN
    tired 5.2 mi 00:57 10:56 pace

5.2 miles in the hot Alabama summer on trails was pretty tough but I did it. Lots of walking and probably lost 5 lbs in sweat! Time to refuel now!!

  16. RUN
    great 2.95 mi 00:21 07:06 pace

Monday before I left for the airport. Felt great on a hot day and ran fast!

  17. RUN
    good 2.95 mi 00:22 07:32 pace

Sluggish run from last Friday. Afterwards I spent some time in the gym making sure I don't have more problems with my IT band this go around.

  18. RUN
    good 2.95 mi 00:22 07:17 pace

Nice little run in the cooler 85F weather. First run in a while, but it felt good to stretch the legs after work!

First run in a little while. I've been doing P90X2 and was having an "off" week so I shook it up and went for a few miles this morning. The time is approximate, I didn't wear ... read more

I started P90X3 two weeks ago. It's a butt-kicker. I'm just starting to mix running back into it.

Yeah, the two I've done have been pretty tough. More than anything, it's the time commitment. P90X was about 75 - 90 minutes a day, P90X2 is 60 - 75, but I understand P90X3 is a bit shorter, right? I'm sure it's got a lot packed into the time though.

Yup. 30 minutes. Wendy and I do them together in the morning. The basic plan is to subtract 30 minutes from my run. I figure P90X will give me more value than the additional 20-30 miles.
