      I started P90X3 two weeks ago. It's a butt-kicker. I'm just starting to mix running back into it.

      Yeah, the two I've done have been pretty tough. More than anything, it's the time commitment. P90X was about 75 - 90 minutes a day, P90X2 is 60 - 75, but I understand P90X3 is a bit shorter, right? I'm sure it's got a lot packed into the time though.

      Yup. 30 minutes. Wendy and I do them together in the morning. The basic plan is to subtract 30 minutes from my run. I figure P90X will give me more value than the additional 20-30 miles.

    Ran this after very little training due to a knee strain, and I thought it went really well considering all of the hills! Fun and scenic course, but not very heavily populated. I would do it again!
