    Ran this after very little training due to a knee strain, and I thought it went really well considering all of the hills! Fun and scenic course, but not very heavily populated. I would do it again!

      Sounds like you and I were both sitting out about the same stretch. Getting back into it is tough. Hard to trust the body. Looks like you didn't lose any pace.
