Looked up Murray on mapquest. That barely qualifies as being in KY! At least not far from Nashville. Here's something for you to do this weekend. In Bell Buckle, TN (south of Nashville), they have the RC Cola/Moon Pie Festival with 10 mile race. It is a neat little town and festival that looks straight out of an old movie or TV show. Hay bales and cloggers on the backside of a barn! http://www.bellbucklechamber.com/2013events.html

As stupid as this sounds, liquids in doesn't cool you off. Liquids over the head, yes, albeit temporarily. You did the only thing possible to cool off and that's slow down.

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone! The stresses of moving are really starting to hit as we prepare to leave Florida and call Kentucky our home in only 2 short weeks. My treadmill is collecting dust in my crowded garage so that potential buyers can look at a less cluttered house so running has become less convenient these days. I'll try to keep putting in some miles but won't be able to settle back into a routine for at least 3 weeks.

TM miles 4.68 mi 00:45 09:36 pace
I'm really struggling to stay on my training schedule because of our preparations to move at the beginning of next month. After this move, I'll be content if we never move again!

They say a move is right up there as the top life stressors. So try not to add more stress by worrying about missing training runs--you will get enough in here & there. And hopefully when you do run it helps relieve some of that stress. Nice 4+ you got in today Matt.
