That sounds like a plan. Beats lucozade. Had that the other day and it solved it. So knew it was the electrolytes. ( did a wee sports science course). Though I had a look at a carton £2 isn't cheap!

You need to replenish a positive electrolyte balance.Best thing out there is coconut water otherwise try a calorie free hydration tablets or sachets that doctors give when you have loose motions

Smashed out a good 30 minute workout then a interval run with the last part being a sprint up hill. This equals sore legs in the morning

Smashed out a long naked run today. That's me converted. No more music or GPS whilst running. Just stripping it back to basics and loving it.
