  1. Been slacking on the dailymile front. Mainly cause I can't run right now. Been working out and feeling strong and positive now though

  2. Haven't been on much but working out hard! Sadly no running but soon!

  3. Ankle went on yesterday's run. Gutted. Couple weeks rest will hopefully sort it. Got a race on the 26th so I hope it is right by then!

      That sounds like a plan. Beats lucozade. Had that the other day and it solved it. So knew it was the electrolytes. ( did a wee sports science course). Though I had a look at a carton £2 isn't cheap!
      Cheers buddy. Had a nice few rest days due a fast threshold run tomorrow then long run on Sunday :)

      You need to replenish a positive electrolyte balance.Best thing out there is coconut water otherwise try a calorie free hydration tablets or sachets that doctors give when you have loose motions

    good Workout then interval run

    Smashed out a good 30 minute workout then a interval run with the last part being a sprint up hill. This equals sore legs in the morning
