Did a mess of intervals. Aimed for 20 secs at around 6 minute per mile pace. Ended up going too long and too fast for my intervals. Will try to adjust this for the next session.

    you just have to keep at it, you don't have to kill yourself. endurance comes in time. I took thirty pounds before my last surgery thanks to the treadmill, and of course now that's crapped out and I'm hoping for a new one. you'll do it.
