      what gym are you going to Mat, and what's the injury?
      the gym work is the way back from injury as I can well understand from my own experiences, here's to a speedy recovery, don't rush it mate, foot injuries can take time.

      I'm sorry, did say 6:56 pace? Sigh. My legs were so injured I should not have been running. The trail was steep and difficult. I crawled to the finish almost. 6 nasty hrs. Nasty. Not to mention I have bad head cold ! Waa waa, I'll stop crying now.

    at berry hill park in mansfield, I was 3rd leg runner and paced it well, gained 11 places I think. not the fastest but it is a windy route, a real good one too through a forest.
