    A fun (but cold) run! I didn't run the distance I originally signed up for but I'm glad I still ran something.

    I plan to spend this week on the ARC Trainer and working on weights/ core. Hopefully I'll get up earlier tomorrow so I can do both!

    I've got to sort out this issue with my thigh/ hamstring.

      Does it feel tight all the time, or sore, or something else? I've had tons of other leg problems, but hammies are one of the few areas I haven't dealt with at all. Maybe some stretching and icing (or heating?) would help a bit.

      It's sore all the time and running just makes it worse. I do need to work on stretching but it is very difficult as my muscles have zero stretch.
