Andrea, you should have honked! I was wearing the same jersey that I have in <------ picture. Do you have any ideas on how I can raise as much money as possible for my races? I have to raise 3000 between the two, and I know a million people but not many that understand what I am about to endure physically for my cause. Any thoughts I would really appreciate.

yeah I guess, but I try and avoid using things I can't use when I compete, I like to mentally prepare to focus on the pain. Sounds a little masochistic but it has come in handy in the past, that also goes for races where I can't wear an iPod I train sans music.
