I finally had a good run this morning! I think it might have to do with the fact that I took a rest day yesterday, or maybe because my body knew if I had one more bad run, I'd hang up my running shoes for good...(Not!)
I know that recovery days are just as important as training days, but I know a lot of you will agree with me that they are the hardest days to follow! I felt like garbage all day yesterday because I couldn't take my morning run!
I'm looking forward to a long run on the American River trail on Wednesday. Anyone else wanna go?? :)

So happy you had a good one!!! and a river run sounds really nice...:D happy running!

Glad you had a good run, Maryam. I know how you feel about being sluggish the day after a rest day. I'd sooner run every day, but my body would revolt.
