You have PLENTY of time before CIM...that's 20 good runs and 10 crappy ones from now ; ) Keep up the good work and you'll have an inexplicable great week very soon.

Ok, three crappy runs in a row is your limit! You have plenty of time before CIM and Napa is next year. No need to stress. Crappy runs make the good ones all the better. Hang in!

Maryam, I've been using them since October. Will never go back (except for trails which I now use inov8 f-lite 230s)! Don't worry if you're calves & achilles are sore today/tomorrow. Shannon! I am so glad that a local runner has such awesome reviews about the VFF's! I'm pretty excited about them. What is the difference between the KSOs and the Bikilas? Mark, I'm sorry to hear that the VFFs didn't work for you! :( I was thinking I might try the socks if it doesn't get better.. And Jon, my shoes were heading the same route. VFFs were just the next more minimal thing! And they do a little but Carly, but not bad. I think those damn toe socks are worse than anything!!
