    I'm really enjoying this class. 4 X on the treadmill, and elliptical for 3 min at a time. High incline and resistance. 90 sec rest in between.

    Great workout! Lots of squats, dead lifts with bands, band pull-aparts, reverse lunges, push-ups, tricep pulls, bent arm rows, and kettle bell swings. I was a sweaty mess!

      Ha! No, thank goodness! It's just this heavy metal contraption that we add weights to, and push around the gym parking lot.

    This is a hilly course around Danville and Geisinger. Beautiful, cool weather!
