    This was just a mediocre workout with ropes. It got my heart pumping, but nothing compared to the treadmill or elliptical workouts. Hopefully my arms got a good workout.

    Great workout on the elliptical. High incline, high resistance for 3 minutes, 90 second rest, 5 times. Before we started, we did a short Tabata workout to get things moving.

    Russian get ups, then a circuit of kettle bell swings (one arm), burpees and lateral squats with weights, 3X.

    This was a tough workout on the track, working on speed. Here's hoping workouts like this will lead to faster race times!

    Most of this run felt pretty good, but the hills really slowed me down. Six days to the first half of the season!

      Great hill work! They do take a lot out of you. I get so excited when I get to run on a flat area because it is so hilly here.
