      thanks so much you guys! yeah, I set out to do 5 miles but 1/2 a mile in I knew that wasn't gonna happen so I switched to my 4-mile route (and then walked the last 1/2 mile). this was a "legs like concrete" run for sure! I was due for one of those, so whatchagonnado. ;)

      I was like that today too for two miles then they loosened up...but I couldn't stay out longer with no lights. Next run will be great!

      Lori, this teacher talked us through it in a way that was different than other teachers I've had. I've done yoga for years but have never been able to do it before.

      I think that, and the fact that my back has been getting stronger/has been in less pain, helped me get to this pose! I normally have a hard time with any heart openers/back bends (even cobra and bridge are really difficult for me, with my back) so this was pretty amazing!

    My longest run yet, and 5 miles is a good milestone. That was really hard. Really really hard. I feel good about having run that far but it was not easy.
