Nice solo run this morning .. Felt good going out did some stretching after 1 mile my right hip hasn't been giving me too much trouble. Proper warmup seems to do the trick. First day training I felt pain that almost cut my run short left calf cramp that hasn't gone away started to feel the same on my right as well. Also feeling mild aches on both heels. Following some good advise I was training in the wrong shoes.
