      Yeah, that is really tough! I ran in the heat earlier this week and it killed me! Last evening's run was so nice once the sun had gone down, hope you can get some cooler runs too!

    Great moderate paced run but a sore knee has been nagging me for a week. Gave it a good 4 days rest, but hasn't seemed to resolve the issue...whatever the issue is.
