Evening run--wanted to try for 4, but my body had other plans. Daughter has strep throat so had to run same old neighborhood. Lead legs toward the end, but refused to stop before at least 3.1, then pushed myself to 3.3 (an estimate) just to see if I could do it. :-)

Thanks, Mr. Sang. I needed to hear that, because it feels like my progress is so slow some days. Feels like it will take forever for 3.1 to get easier, lol.
