      Oh PS: Found some good running music on Pandora on my phone. I typed in a search for running music and "Running mix" came up. Amazing what a little good music will do for your running.

    Jogged along side my 5-yr old daughter while she rode her bike. A few stops along the way, including for a spill she took, but she's okay. Felt great!

      what part of your foot was getting the pain? if it's in the arch, that can just be some stabilization soreness.

      Grant - the ball of my foot area, and my ankle area. Had some more pain early this morning, but massaging my calf helped, go figure. I really think it's muscle spasms. It seems better today, just hurts a little when I walk on it after sitting for awhile.
