    Ran with the pup so there was a good bit of starting and stopping, including meeting a new canine friend along the way! Now that he's getting older, hopefully there will be more of these runs!

    Didn't train as well as I should have, but for my first half, I'm pretty happy with that time. Had my best 10 mile time too!

    I shaved 7 minutes off my old time, which I'm thrilled about! Next year's goal is to break the 2:00 mark! I hated the new course, but it was still a fun race!

    Haven't run for a couple months...time to get back on the wagon. This run wasn't great, but glad I made it three miles (even if they were really slow) so it gets a smiley face :-)

    After weights, I got in some cardio with a hip hop class at the gym. So fun! Although I don't think I'll be competing in any hip hop competitions anytime soon ;-)
