      Hey Stephan! I have been on Atkins Phase 1 (20 grams of carbs or less) and I have decided to move on to phase 2 (adding fruits and nuts) so I really think that is going to help a lot. I did take a look at the primal bluprint and it does look quite similar....I am gonna go with Phase 2 and see how it works out...I'll keep you posted!!!

      Hey, Mary. I'm doing the Primal Blueprint approach and I think Atkins is similar. If I fuel up right, I don't have a problem. Did 8 miles today and had energy for 2 more. Happy to talk if you want to share ideas. I LOVE being grain-free!

      I would LOVE to hear it! Aside from this issue, I feel GREAT cutting back on carbs....and it seems to be the only thing that works for me...

    Great run! But it really freaked me out when the guy walking on the bike trail suddenly disappeared....
