    My little mountain bike took me 13 miles today. It felt like much longer. This is the hardest I've ever intentionally worked.

    SO MANY HILLLLLSSS. Found a really beautiful park and rode around the lakes. The distance was not that long, but seriously the hardest bike ride I've ever done.

      Good for you Mary! Those hills are a fantastic workout because when you hit the flats, nothing's gonna stop you.
