      Thanks John. Got a few 5ks coming up n a 50k on May 18th. I'm a bit behind for the 50k right now but if I bump the long runs 2 miles each week I'll be at 26 miles two weeks prior and I should be ok.

    Wasted lots of energy just staying upright today, the park was still a mess. Watched some guy take a spill by one of the bridges which didn't look good and I turned it around.
