I am getting consistent again after going to Florida and doing 3.4 miles most of the days I was there. I went from flat and very warm back to a bit more topography but cooler afternoon weather. 4 min. walking /1 min. run intervals for about a week now.


Great job keeping it going! I l really enjoyed being able to work out with you last week.
