2012 running goals, first, to run and finish my first ultramarathon(done) on 2/25, a 50k,:). Sub 20minute 5k, sub 1:40(done) half m. sub 3:40 full M.( I did it!

Got started about 6:15am this morning, it was definately warmer than last weeks start. But, still not that hot, just ran this at a comfortable pace, ran all of this nonstop, never had any reason to stop and walk. Seen some wildlife, a armadillo in the road, a raccon on the side, and too much rabbits lol. Anyways, overall a good easy run, hoping to run 16 to 18 next Saturday, dunno where yet, but won't be surprise if i end up back at Draper, so peaceful out there early, very lil traffic to deal with. Icing now, and sipping some COFFEE! :). Easy run 2morrow, i'll get my 50 again for the week, til next time.
