good Short Tempo Run 7 mi 00:59 08:24 pace

Decided to run a short 2 mile tempo this morning on the trails. Warm out, temp in mid 70s, very humid, windy out of the South(nice). I warmed up with 2 easy miles b4 starting my tempo miles. I just wanted to run them at or near 7:00 pace, did better, both were under 7:00. I ended this workout with 3 easy miles. Maybe next week, i'll do the same, but with 3 tempo miles. NO race schedule for this weekend, no sure if there's any around.

Hoping for a THUNDER victory run 2morrow, 10 miles, we'll see, Thunderup!!!
