24 miles seems crazy to me. Last summer the farthest I could run was 1/2 mile, took me forever to work up to 3 miles and my first 5k was in October (4 months ago!) I've doubled my distance since then and am keeping up with the Landrunners training schedule for the half in April so I'm calling it GOOD!

Where do you go? I loved to run in the mountains in VA when I was younger but I was always scared of bears. Guess I don't have to worry about that here but the closest I have come to a trail in the woods in Oklahoma is Hafer Park.

Sounds rough, but way to get 'er done. Super pace, man. Way to go. That wind was brutal here in Tulsa, I'm sure it's 5x worse in OKC.
