It's a 30 day program by Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser tv show. It's a 20 minute workout with 3 levels that you work up to week by week.

Thanks everyone! @Monica - I use 5lb dumbbells. For some of the exercises it's not enough but for others it really burns. It's a great workout but because it's only 20 minutes you can push through it. @Bert - As long as you keep trying that's what counts! @William - I think you would like it. @Melissa - It is. :-)
