    good Knee rehab 1.5 mi 00:21 14:00 pace

    Ran on the treadmill at a relaxed jog for 5 min, then walked backwards for 5 min, ran at an accelerated pace for 5 min, then finished with another 5 min backward walk at a faster pace.

    first full run since my knee injury about 3 weeks ago now. The knee feels pretty stable but my legs and lungs sure don't work like they did before the hyperextension!

    I hyperextended my knee during soccer so I have to rest it for a few days. Looks like it's back to more weights and core workouts!

    the humidity is ridiculous! Went on our normal run with Amanda and Lincoln after a tough loss to Plymouth. I have a feeling the guys are gonna bounce back strong with renewed energy though!

    Changed a few of my lifts up and added a few more. It was unbelievably hot in the weight room today. I put the guys through a grueling circuit this morning...2 even puked!

    Felt pretty tired but the weather was great. No lasting pain from the knee collision. Let Amanda run ahead while I pushed the stroller as a recovery run.

    I felt awesome today! Sent the guys on a run and coach hartsough and I lifted. I am increasing weight already and the soreness is wearing off more quickly now.

    It was pretty easy running on the road compared to the crazy trails of MI, but my joints hurt more from the impact. All in all, not bad.

    On the beach, this time with shoes, with Amanda and her sister Jessica. Felt much better and ended the last half-mile with a 85% sprint. Finished with 20 burpees!
