      Nice pace over this distance, Mark! Super impressed. I'll be sure to look for your marathon post in three weeks. I assume you'll be maintaining and resting until then? What race are you doing?

      Stephanie - Thanks! It's extremely gratifying seeing the training runs pay off on a long 21-miler. Yes, I'll post my May 7 result, which will be from D.C.'s Potomac River Run: http://www.safetyandhealthfoundation.org/marathon/ (first time I'll have done this course.)
