Just finished up Week 4 of "getting back into it." I started out with a 30 minute run-walk every other day with a :60/:60 ratio and upped that to 35 minutes. I plan to keep that ratio and move up to 45 minutes over the next few weeks and stay on the treadmill (for now) because it's easier on the joints. An easy fat burning workout is what I plan to do for the foreseeable future. I'm feeling pretty good and thanks for the encouragement!
