    Left knee started hurting at mile 8. By time mile 16 came around, I felt like quitting a race for the first time. Pushed through by alternating running and walking.

    I worked for every one of these 20 miles! Great weather - my body just wasn't feeling 100% into it. It was great running with my FRC friends!
