    Ran the hospital fitness trail, stopping at different points to do exercises such as: pull-ups, push-ups, various abs, etc. Definitely raised the heart rate and smoked the core!

      Sounds like the old trails around Bragg. Too bad they dont maintain those work stations anymore. Its a great way to get a total body workout in while "on the run." Nice work, Mark!

    Kept the pace nice and easy. Right knee has been feeling like there is some tendinitis or something along the inner portion. Ran with a tendinitis strap to see if it helps.

      Change up your shoes. Not sure what shoes I left at your place, but try a pair of mine (Brooks Cascadia, Asics Kayano). A quality stability shoe might help with the strain on the knee.

      Thanks! Strap seems to be working wonders. I wear the strap while I run and a neoprene brace throughout the day. Additionally, I am wearing better shoes. I'm wondering if hammering some of those trail hills is what aggravated it. Knee is definitely feeling much better. I don't know if it is from tendonitis or old strains. Either way, I want to keep training while at the same time not creating further injury.
