      Light rain this morning...I was tempted to stay in. Did light exercises with pull ups, chin-ups, pushups, crunches...then headed out the door...Glad I did. No more excuses; although they're easy to make. Got to burn off this fat!!!

      I have a 59K mountain run this weekend. Last year it was 50K. As if that wasn't tough enough they decided to add 9K and make it 59 this year. 12 hour time limit. Last year it took me 9:16 to go 50K.
