After a much needed rest day yesterday - headed out today to finish off January. Went on my route I usually go on with Matt as of late and just relaxed. Never looked at watch - and when I went down the hill on Santa Fe I pushed hard down it. Usually I take it easy down that hill but felt like I need to practice my downhill running a bit.

    Great run, Mark! I won't be doing any races in February. I think it's going to make me a little antsy, but I don't want to burn myself out during marathon training.
